The contents of our sites have been prepared by using largest possible diligence. However, we cannot assume any warranty for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents. As a service provider, we are responsible under § 7 section 1 German Broadcast Media Act for our own contents in accordance with the general laws. However, under §§ 8 to 10 German Broadcast Media Act we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor any forwarded or stored foreign information or to investigate circumstances which indicate any illegal activity. Any obligations to delete or block the use of information in accordance with the general laws remain unaffected thereof. Any liability in this regard is only possible as from the moment of being aware of a concrete infringement. As soon as corresponding infringements become known, we will immediately delete such contents.

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties the contents of which we do not have any influence on. This is why we cannot assume any warranty for such foreign contents either. The respective offeror or operator of the sites is always responsible for the contents of the linked sites. When linked, the linked sites were checked for possible infringements. At the moment of linking, there were no illegal contents discernible. A permanent control as to contents of the linked sites is, however, not reasonable without having any concrete clues as to an infringement. As soon as infringements become known, we will immediately delete such links.
